Industrial exhibition Greenhouses Industry fair and Commercial Horticulture 2016 supported All-Ukrainian association of village and town councils (UAVTC). The Association was officially registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 5, 2009. It is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit association of local governments, and is designed to ensure that local authorities are better able to exercise their powers, as well as to deepen their collaboration and cooperation. On UAVTC http://vassr.org/ site has detailed information on the active activities of the Association to date: this program runs training business, and forms, methods of real promotion of the economic development of rural areas.

The Association has a fairly wide range of tasks. One of them - the development of small and medium-sized businesses in rural areas in conditions of decentralization of power. In today's world all-out globalized competition for resources, labor, marketing, etc. markets each region, each territorial community, to ensure its prosperity and development, create for man a comfortable and safe environment, should be competitive in relation to other regions and communities. First of all we are talking about foreign and domestic investments, which go only where these investments easier to find their place and where there is a greater chance of getting income from these investments.

This not only will be discussed at the seminar "Opportunities and economic development of rural areas in terms of decentralization," on February 23. Nikolai Fursenko, the head of All-Ukrainian association of village and town councils talk about foreign experience of association and the development of territorial communities, and most importantly - will answer the question "what to do here and now in Ukraine?".
