It is not a secret that many agrarian exhibitions use call-center for an attraction of visitors, however the audience invitation comes to informing of farmers about exhibition and making check of a contact information. The organizing committee of Greenhouse Industry Fair has decided to go further, and our call-center not only informs, but also collects the information from exhibition target audience. From January, 10th to January, 16th the industrial fair call-center composed of four employees, has communicated more than to 250 potential visitors of Greenhouse Industry Fair. These are greenhouse industrial complexes, agro firms, farms, trading companies, potential investors and summer residents (dacha owners). 180 respondents have agreed to answer questions concerning protected soil industry.

According to results of questioning, 131 people have answered that they already have their own greenhouse, and 49 have an intention to construct it. The overwhelming majority (90 persons) considers greenhouses as a perspective business and making plans for expansion of the areas (96 respondents). Unconditional corps-leaders of our respondents are tomatoes (90 votes) and cucumbers (86 votes), however more and more landowners grow up in greenhouses greens (47) and pepper (38), mushrooms (29) and flowers (28).

The special attention call-center attends to a question on assortment of the equipment and technologies which visitors would like to see at the fair. It will help participants to present correctly itself at the fair and to exhibit production which will be claimed by audience. The visitors would like to see at the Greenhouse Industry Fair:

• Climate control and the automatic equipment (99 votes). The maximum interest causes systems of illumination and the equipment for irrigation, watering and drainage.
• Modern technologies of cultivation in the protected soil of vegetables, flowers, mushrooms (93 votes). First of all visitors are interested in seeds purchasing and also cultivation of vegetable cultures’ plants technologies.
• Many people (90 votes) want to carry on negotiations with the firms which are engaged in building of greenhouses on a turnkey basis that confirms statements about desire to expand the area of greenhouses.
• It is necessary to give special attention materials for covering (78 votes), namely – to honeycomb polycarbonate as many respondents plan to replace film greenhouses with greenhouses made of polycarbonate. This tendency is confirmed also with that fact that among participants of Greenhouse Industry Fair 2012 there are some companies which already sell exactly this material.

Important success factor of the last year's industrial fair became actual business program. Rely on experience of 2011, the organizing committee has offered visitors such events, as a cycle of seminars about technologies of roses, mushrooms, grapes cultivation in greenhouse conditions (96 respondents) and conference Logistics for Average and Small Farming (53 votes). Replying to a question of the call-center employee «What issue for you is the most actual» greenhouse workers actively offered their own variants of seminars and round tables. The most demanded offered themes are technologies of cultivation of a strawberry, a cassette way of cultivation of plants and experience of Poland in development of a greenhouse industry. We are glad to inform that the organizing committee has already reacted to requests of our visitors. In connection with this on February, 29^th in one of the exhibition conference hall, seminar Modern Technologies of Cultivation of Plants of Various Cultures. Advantages, Disadvantages, and Risks», will take place. This seminar is organized by Oratay Company.

We were glad to learn that the majority of greenhouse workers have chosen Greenhouse Industry Fair as a main fair connected with protected soil. According to the poll results, 117 persons have informed that they visited an exhibition in 2011 while the quantity of visiting of other agrarian exhibitions vary in limits from 39 votes (InterAgro 2011) to 8 (Fresh Produce Ukraine 2011). It demonstrates that the advantage of the specialized exhibitions, which Greenhouse Industry Fair certainly is, consists in concentration of technologies and decisions for separate field of agriculture. The visitor, who is interested only in greenhouses, shouldn’t search the equipment he is interested in among the participants offering mainly the equipment and technologies for an open soil.

Our experience displays that the dialogue by phone is the best way to receive true information from first-hand. We incur a goal to hear interest of everyone and to realize it on the main platform of protected soil industry – Greenhouse Industry Fair 2012!
